Description of problem:
I'd like to link against intel-cmt-cat. Unfortunately, qpos.h is not distributed (the whole lib directory is missing). A good place to start would be to package this into a -devel subpackage, no?

Added -devel package to 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 release.

has this satisfied the bug?
