Description of problem:
Entities under /api/policies collection have "delete" action with "POST" method available, but unlike entities in other collections they are missing "delete" action with "DELETE" method.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create policy
2. check under /api/policies/:id that there is not "delete" action with "DELETE" method available

Verified that the delete action with DELETE method is available for resources under the /api/policies collection.
