Description of problem: Tried to update Bug 132691 and received the
following message:

1. Added IT_57774 in alias and tao to bug 143219
2. got the above error message

Bugzilla appears to have performed a self repair. 
"Commit" works properly again.
Closing this as WORKSFORME -- perhaps the elves have been imbibing
Holiday cheer again.

It fixed itself in the beta or the main Bugzilla?
