Description of problem:

Hi all!

I resumed maintenance of fortune-mod on https://github.com/shlomif/fortune-mod and provide tar.xz source tarballs. The new releases sport a cmake-based build system with a -DNO_OFFENSIVE=1 flag (which will allow to get rid of many of the downstream patches) and many other corrections and enhancements. I'd like Fedora to package the 1.99.5 release before I release a 2.0.0 one to make sure everything works fine.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 27 development cycle.
Changing version to '27'.
