Screenshot of error

Description of problem:
After creating and testing this connection 6 months ago, after F25 upgrade, VPN is broken and new connections cannot be created. Error reported is also wrong.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
NetworkManager-openconnect-1.2.4-3.fc25.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always since I noticed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to create new openconnect-based VPN
2. open new connections in NetworkManager
3. click Add
4. select Cisco openconnect under VPN

Actual results:
See error dialog attachment.

Expected results:
No error.

Additional info:
Worked just a few months ago.

Comment 1 Paul DeStefano 2017-03-26 08:51:48 UTC
Oh also, the file the error says is missing is not missing.

$ ls -l /usr/lib64/NetworkManager/libnm-vpn-plugin-openconnect.so
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 23464 Dec 15 10:35 /usr/lib64/NetworkManager/libnm-vpn-plugin-openconnect.so*

Comment 2 Thomas Haller 2017-03-27 08:25:05 UTC
The dialog asks for "libnm-vpn-plugin-openconnect-editor.so", not "libnm-vpn-plugin-openconnect.so".

The workaround is to install NetworkManager-openconnect-gnome package.

I think this is a dupe of bug 1398425
