Description of problem:
When you are trying to edit already created log collection settings,
"No Depot" type item occur in the first second and after this changing to correct one(for ex. "NFS"). In this moment there is no spinner, so its break automation tests.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Configuration -> Diagnostics -> Collect logs -> Edit 
2. Select for ex "NFS" type and set all fields and press save
3. Press "Edit" button again

Actual results:
In the first few milliseconds "No Depot" shown as depot type and after this changing to "NFS"

Expected results:
Spinner present until page fully loaded 

Additional info:
present in both 5.7 and 5.8
