Description of problem:
Machine Credential shows always <None> in Request Details of the ordering Ansible Catalog Item.

5.8.0.7-nightly.20170327132846_fbd5ebf
How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable Embedded Ansible Role.
2. Add some project, credential, inventory and template via embedded ansible tower ui.
3. Navigate Services/Catalogs.
4. Create a Catalog.
5. Create an "Ansible Playbook" Catalog Item and turn on "Display in Catalog" switcher. Choose created catalog.
6. Order the service.
7. Navigate to Services/Requests.
8. Open the latest request details.
Actual results:
Machine Credential shows <None>
Expected results:
Machine Credential should show actual credential.

Credenetial name
Retested on 5.8.0.9-alpha2.20170404195944_1d7ece4. I chose some credential during the ordering the service and some digit appeared in the details screen of the request.
