1/1 - Tried on one setup only

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add infrastructure provider - OSPD undercloud 
2. Browse: Compute --> Infrastructure --> Provider  
3. Click on the provider
4. Click Configuration --> Scale this Infrastructure Provider
