Description of problem:
We are planning to keep project release administration through github issues. Hence to manage it better, need permission to manage labels etc.

Great if you grant these permission to @amarts (thats me), and @ShyamsundarR (as he would manage couple of releases, mainly 4.0).

2. try creating new labels
3.

No options provided to create new labels.

I expect to have options to create labels

Just to be obvious, I think I already have the required permissions, so as the infra team (or vbellur) picks this up, just a check against my permissions may be enough.

I've created a team called gluster-project-management, you both have access to add more people as appropriate to grant similar permissions.
