Description of problem:
To get my Matshita UJDA740 CD-RW/DVD-ROM to work with cdrecord
required adding ATA: to the dev parameter. For example:

does not work: cdrecord dev=1,0,0 blank=fast
does work: cdrecord dev=ATA:1,0,0 blank=fast

The following do not clearly show how to add ATA: to the dev parameter:
  cdrecord --help
  cdrecord dev=help
  man cdrecord

Actual Results:  I used trial and error to find adding ATA: to dev
would make it work.

Expected Results:  I would expect the documentation to point this out
clearly.
