Description of problem:
This bug seems to be the same as bug 115632

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nautilus-2.2.4-4.E

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Redhat ES3
2. Run Uptodate
3. Login as root to do final system configuration and go to System
Settings
    

Actual Results:  Crashes and load up your home dirrectory instead

Expected Results:  Should load up System Settings

This bug is filed against RHEL 3, which is in maintenance phase.
During the maintenance phase, only security errata and select mission
critical bug fixes will be released for enterprise products. Since
this bug does not meet that criteria, it is now being closed.
