Proposed patch

Description of problem:
See https://github.com/MartinBriza/MediaWriter/issues/80 . Qt tries to load ssleay32.dll from some other folder instead of libssl-10.dll that's shipped with MediaWriter, resulting in a crash.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mingw32-qt5-qtbase-5.7.1-2.fc26.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Additional info:
I'm attaching a patch that reverses the lookup order.
