The ovirt-engine.spec requires ovirt-web-ui package, so far without any specific version set.
The package release cycle is independent on oVirt and depends on oVirt REST API only.

To avoid compatibility issues with potential future REST API changes, the X-stream version of ovirt-web-ui package shall be required to either 0 (recently released) or 1 (ongoing in short future).
So 'yum update' shall resolve to latest version between 0.1.2 and 2.0.0.

This change will reserve ovirt-web-ui 2.0.0 or higher versions for backward-incompatible changes.

The rpm dependency was introduced in ovirt 4.1.

Please note this won't prevent oVirt 4.1.0 users to install ovirt-web-ui 2.0.0.
You can fix this only by conflicting against ovirt-engine < 4.2 within ovirt-web-ui.

Also 4.1.1 users, since 4.1.1 is already released.

Right, the restriction will be implemented within ovirt-web-ui 2.0.0.
