Description of problem: When login to SSUI, Navigation is not working. When browser refresh and able to navigate through all navigation.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to SSUI
2.Try to Navigate
3.

Actual results: It is not navigating to any of navigation present in SSUI. 


Expected results: By default, Navigation should be enable


Additional info:
When I refresh browser, then all navigation works fine.

I took a look at this one and I think a fix might have made it in for this in the last day or so because I am no longer seeing this issue. Please reopen if you continue to see this issue.

Satyajit, check the downstream nightly build that comes out tonight and see if you can reproduce it there.
