Description of problem:
after creating a new service catalog item of type "Ansible Playbook", you're unable to edit them

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a new catalog item of type "Ansible Playbook"
2. save the service catalog item, leave the retirement details empty
3. edit a field in the retirement tab
