Description of problem:
There is no way to trigger a refresh of an Ansible repository in the CloudForms UI

1. In the CF UI, go to Automation -> Ansible -> Repositories

Expected results:
There should be a way to manually trigger a refresh of a repository similar to that which exists in the Tower UI.
