Description of problem:
When installation destination spoke is visited the "Encryption/Encrypt may data." checkbox does "nothing" when blivet-gui is chosen. The checkbox should be unchecked and disabled when blivet-gui is selected.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start installation of F26
2. Visit installation destination spoke
3. Select Use blivet-gui.

Actual results:
The checkbox is enabled but has no real effect (as the encryption needs to be configured direcly in blivet-gui).

Expected results:
The checkbox is unchecked and disabled.
