Description of problem:
If user creates encrypted PV, and changes his mind after that, he is unable to delete it.

Fedora 26 Alpha

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In blivet-gui hit + button
2. Choose LVM PV, choose encryption and setup password
3. Try to delete created PV, or VG

Actual results:
Unable to delete PV or VG

Expected results:
User should be able to delete encrypted PV
