Description of problem:
Images of Hosts & Clusters, Vms and Templates in Provider summary page had changed, compared to CFME-5.7.2.

Please see the difference in the attached cfme/5.7.2/5.8.0.8 pictures.

Expected results:
Images should be as in CFME-5.7.2

Additional info:
* This is failing automation tests for add providers.
* Confirmed with Eric Winchell this is indeed a bug, and not intentional UI change.

Verified that icons are correct in cfme 5.9.0.2, RHV provider 4.1.7.
