Description of problem:
Uploaded icon for a catalog Item not seen on All Services view under Service Catalogs in the admin console. All services shown with a T

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login into CF console.
2. Click on Services/Catalogs and create new catalog - eg TEST
3. Click on Services/Catalog Items and create new catalog Item - ensure to check "Display in Catalog"
4. Upload an icon for the catalog item
5. Verify icon is visible for that item under Catalog Items
4. Click - Service Catalogs - All Services
5. Icon is not visible on the screen for the catalog item - only a T

Actual results:
T is visible as icon for Catalog Item under All Services view


Expected results:
Uploaded icon should be visible for Catalog Item under All Services view


Additional info:
Icon for ctalog icon is shown correctly in the catalog item view itself, and also in the Self Service UI
