I have the same issue https://github.com/MartinBriza/adwaita-qt/issues/34
Menubar of qtcreator is missing

As we see https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=862570 in changelog the bug was fixed in 0.4-3 version of adwaita-qt

Please update adwaita-qt package in EPEL to upstream.
