Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install redhat-virtualization-host-4.1-20170403.
2. Login RHVH, check kernel version.
# rpm -qa| grep kernel
kernel-3.10.0-514.6.1.el7.x86_64
kernel-tools-3.10.0-514.6.1.el7.x86_64
kernel-tools-libs-3.10.0-514.6.1.el7.x86_64
Actual results:
After step 2, include wrong kernel package in redhat-virtualization-host-4.1-20170403
Expected results:
1. After step2, RHVH should include newer kernel version.

1. Install RHVH.
2. Check kernel version info.

Test result:
RHVH include the correct kernel version, so the bug is fixed, change bug status to VERIFIED.
