Description of problem: Checking Compliance For RHOS provider showing wrong flash message "ManageIQ::Providers::CloudManager "rhos_oc": check_compliance successfully initiated"


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.8.0.9-alpha2.20170404195944_1d7ece4


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Compute --> Clouds --> Providers
2. Go to summary page of RHOS provider
3. Click on Policy --> Check Compliance of Last Known Configuration

Actual results: Wrong flash message displayed.


Expected results: There should be proper flash message.

Currently showing this flash message --> "ManageIQ::Providers::CloudManager "rhos_oc": check_compliance successfully initiated"

I think it should be ""rhos_oc": Check Compliance Successfully initiated".

Able to see proper flash message when initialized Check Compliance on rhos provider.

Verified Version: 5.9.0.4.20171024163837_ef71ea6
