Internal RFE bug #147408 entered; will be considered for future releases. Adding -geometry 1024x768 to the Xnest command line in gdm.conf should work Mark does Xephyr support RANDR and allows resizing a running session ? This bug is filed against RHEL 3, which is in maintenance phase. During the maintenance phase, only security errata and select mission critical bug fixes will be released for enterprise products. Since this bug does not meet that criteria, it is now being closed. I would like to use a geometry of 1024x768 or higher. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gdm-2.4.1.6-5 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. /sbin/init 5 2. Login 3. Run gdmflexiserver -n :1 Actual Results: I am unable to resize the gdmflexiserver window any larger. It appears to be set at 800x600. Expected Results: The gdmflexiserver window should be able to be resized larger. Additional info: I tried entering the line(s): Xnest.geometry: 1024x768 gdmflexiserver.geometry: 1024x768 in ~/.Xresources; however, neither was successful.
