Description of problem:
After adding a schedule in Cloud Intel/Reports/Schedules accordion folds

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Cloud Intel/Reports/Schedules.
2. Add a schedule.

Actual results:
The schedule accordion has been folded.

Expected results:
The schedule accordion should stay expanded.
