Description of problem:

The enable randomized layout of virtual address space rule is not applied correctly during the install of RHEL 7.3 when using the Draft STIG for a workstation.

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install using Draft STIG for a Workstation

Actual results:
the file, /etc/sysctl.conf contains the text:
"kernelrandomizevaspace = 2"

Expected results:
the file, /etc/sysctl.conf should contain the text:
"kernel.randomize_va_space = 2"

The period and underscores are missing.
