Description of problem:

Memory graphs for EC2 Availability zones for the daily interval was removed through https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1393574

But, memory graphs are still displayed for the hourly interval.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1.Manage ec2. Enable C&U collection for ec2.
2.Collect C&U data for at least 2 hours and then view C&U graphs for 
Availability zones for the hourly interval.


Actual results:
---------------
Empty C&U memory graph for EC2 Availability zones for hourly interval.


Expected results:
-----------------
Empty C&U memory graph for EC2 Availability zones should be removed.

verified in 5.10.0.14
