That's needed to avoid SIGPIPE in RPM.  Proposed fix upstream [1].

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 27 development cycle.
Changing version to '27'.

Fixed in scl-utils 2.0.2. In rawhide now, will pull to f27 in a week or two if no major issues turn up.
