Hello Marek,

Example:
1. Create user with all possible permissions but without administrator flag.
2. Try to assign host to host collection
3. Or Login satellite as non-admin user --> Hosts --> Host Collection --> Click on host collection name --> Collection actions --> Errata installation --> Select errata --> click on drop down of 'install selected' --> select 'via remote execution' or 'via remote execution -customize first'

Thanks for update. For the assigning host collection, there's no possibility for user to do this since he does not see Add tab correct? That is tracked under BZ 1390919 already. There might be other katello pages where the permission is not printed, that's tracked under BZ 1418269. So I think this might be a duplicate?
