Tested and verified this on the build glusterfs-3.8.4-37. On a net new node without glusterfs bits, I had iscsid service up and running. I did a 'yum install redhat-storage-server' and that did not impact the already running iscsid service. 

Moving this bug to verified in rhgs3.3.0
