Description of problem:
Error appear for user with permissions to access host

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add infrastructure provider
2. Add role, group and user assigned to group
3. Set tag in group and select provider cluster in Host&Clusters tab
4. As admin add tag to one of the hosts in the cluster
5. Login as user
6. Navigate to Compute->Infrastructure->Hosts
7. Host is visible for user
8. Open host details

Actual results:
User get error 'User is not authorized to access 'Host / Node' record id '1''

Expected results:
User should have access to hosts detail page
