Add qedi ping transport hook

Description of problem:

iscsiuio ping is operational for qedi.
Add missing qedi transport hook for ping support.

Please include this patch for RHEL 7.4.

Comment 2 Nilesh Javali 2017-04-26 09:52:02 UTC
The patch has been posted to upstream,
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/open-iscsi/JwswK2Zaobg

Comment 3 Chris Leech 2017-04-28 17:04:06 UTC
Patch merged upstream, obvious one line fix

Comment 5 Martin Hoyer 2017-05-29 12:29:33 UTC
Our iSCSI regression tests passed with iscsi-initiator-utils-6.2.0.874-3.el7.
Setting sanity-only as we don't have qedi hardware at the moment.
