Description of problem:
It is not possible to change hosted engine console configuration

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. edit hosted engine vm configuration in oVirt
2. try to change console (ex: vnc => spice)
3. click ok

Actual results:
error from oVirt : There was an attempt to change Hosted Engine VM values that are locked.

Expected results:
new configuration accepted

Additional info:
maybe other settings are locked which would be interesting to be able to change also?
