Doc Text:	The IPaddr2 resource agent creates IPv6 virtual IP (VIP) addresses that are used as source addresses for routing by default. Previously, when the VIP was moved, it could cause problems for certain OpenStack services. This update adds the "preferred_lft" parameter to adjust the source IP address. When "preferred_lft" is set to "0", the IP source address remains the same as before starting the VIP. As a result, OpenStack services work as expected.	Story Points:	---
