Description of problem:
Smart Management area doesn't display tag info after adding a tag from detail page.
Tag info appears after the second page visit

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.8.0.12

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add container provider
2. As admin navigate Compute-> Containers->Containers
3. Open any container detail page
4. Add a tag, Save changes
5. Check Smart Management area

Actual results:
My Company Tags - No My Company Tags have been assigned 

Expected results:
Should be newly assigned category with tag

Additional info:
After next visit to the page, info got updated.
Initialy tagging is working fine.

Not sure if it's worth working on this now since we're redesigning the container page, see bug 1443743

Yaacov, when working on bug 1443743 check if you can get this fixed as well (you have to verify all the use-cases anyway).
