Description of problem:

How to change console protocol from VNC to Spice for a self-hosted engine VM after deployment.

Description	
After deploying hosted engine there is no way to change the console protocol for VM, How to change display protocol of hosted-engine VM after deployment.

RHV 4.x 

How reproducible:

100 % 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy hosted engine with display protocol as VNC.
2. Try to change display protocol after deployment.


Actual results:
We can not change display protocol after deployment, button is locked for changing protocol in console option.

Expected results:

We should be able to change display protocol for hosted-engine VM from RHEV portal.

wrong component: ovirt-vmconsole is about giving access to the emulated serial console, doesn't deal with graphical access.

This should be just a matter of allowing the change after the hosted engine deployment poc and virtxml is merged.

true, OTOH I do not really see any reason why to do that, engine is not a remote desktop graphical application
