Description of problem:
Starting at midnight May 1st (in my time zone, Eastern time), current tweets
show as being from '1 Mar' and older tweets show as being from earlier, eg
this tweet shows as being from '28 Feb':

   https://twitter.com/BrentToderian/status/858908514374238208

(In the detailed view it is reported as being dated '02/28/17, 23:58:42'.)

Sufficiently old tweets appear to be dated correctly by corebird, eg
https://twitter.com/MaxCRoser/status/858672877297651712
shows as '30 Apr' or '04/30/17, 09:22:21' in the detailed view.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start corebird
2. Look at tweet dates
3. If necessary, visit tweets on the web to verify that the displayed date is incorrect.

Actual results:
Tweets show as being from March, not May.

Expected results:
Tweets show as being from May.

I believe that this is already fixed upstream in commit
