Description of problem:
The package does not build, probably because it contains outdated config.guess scripts etc. See bug 1423969

However, this package is meant to be replaced by mspgcc, see review request in bug 1350884 therefore I added ExcludeArch to the spec.

This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database.  Reassigning to the new owner of this component.

It also does not build on other archs, therefore I retired it.
