sslocal -c config.json exit with an error:

AttributeError: /lib64/libcrypto.so.1.1: undefined symbol: EVP_CIPHER_CTX_cleanup

This is an issue with the new verion of openssl 1.1.0, more details could found from shadowsocks github issue 646:
