Description of problem:Bad wording in error message when connections prevent db restore

How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.provision appliance
2.create backup
3.restore from backup without stopping evm

Actual results:There are 1 connection preventing a database restore


Expected results:Better wording to cope with any number of connections, 1 or more for example:

There is 1 connection(s) preventing a database restore
