Description of problem:
go to page /help/about.pxt and click on "Getting started guide". The problem exists only on Satellite 5.7

1. go to page rhn/help/dispatcher/getting_started


Actual results:
on page about is shown link rhn/help/dispatcher/getting_started 

Expected results:
correct link is /rhn/help/dispatcher/getting_started_guide

Also happens on 5.6.
Does no happen on 5.8.

Reported bug 1449828 because some links are buggy on 5.8.0 (in Java rewrite) as well.

The issue in #c4 is being tracked in 1449828, as noted in #c5. As noted in #c1, the reported behavior is fixed in 5.8. Moving to ON_QA and the 58 tracker

This bug was created for Satellite 5.7, but problem with missing links exist in other versions.

Verified on spacewalk-java-2.5.14-88.el6sat.

"About" page link to "Getting Started" guide points to https://rhn/help/dispatcher/getting_started_guide, which opens correctly.

Invalid links originally pointing to 404 on redhat.com are removed from the "About" page.
