Describe the issue: Creation of the mountpoints should happen on all the nodes this is not specified.

Suggestions for improvement: Create mountpoints for all nodes in section 4.1.2.7

Additional information: 
Because it's not explained that all mountpoints should be created on all nodes when performing steps from 4.1.3.6 Install Satellite On Second Node – satnode2
they will fail as the mountpoints have only been created for satnode1

Fixed in [0] says to create mountpoints for satnode2

This bug was raised against the document "Deploying a Highly Available Red Hat Satellite Server 6 Environment", for which customers are now being asked to contact Red Hat (either their account team or consulting team) directly for assistance.
