Verified on CFME-5.8.0.14/RHV-4.1.1.8

Followed the flow in the description. Full refresh ended up successfully, and there was no such error, as mentioned in the description, in evm.log.

Ilanit, Could you confirm also host targeted refresh ends successfully ?

Before doing the full refresh,
I did Host refresh for the source host,
in order to see if the number of VMs is indeed decreased.
After I waited a min or two for the VM number to be decreased,
I run refresh for that host, and refreshed the Host page in the browser.
All the relationships turned into 0 contents, and after few seconds the relationship values were correct, including the number of VMs.

The I did the full refresh, which ended up successful.
