Storage shortcuts at Login added to match UI menus
Storage shortcuts were added to My Settings => Visual Tab => Login Start Page At to match Storage UI menus. Please see screen shots in related BZ/PR

Screen shot aded to verify that addition/syncing up of shortcuts for Storage now matches UI and works.
Code fix syncing up shortcuts to application menus provided in: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1331327 And PR: https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/pull/15017 I added screen shots to verify the fix and no error when selecting Storage menu start page. Will change status to POST once the other BZ/PR is merged.
