Description of problem:
Rawhide packages are signed, see "Q: Are rawhide packages signed?" at:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/Rawhide

all

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. provoke a crash of an executable from a non-gpg signed rpm package

Actual results:
The crash is reported by ABRT.

Expected results:
The crash is ignored by ABRT.

Additional info:
Just drop the GPG patch from the spec file.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 27 development cycle.
Changing version to '27'.

I removed the patch from the spec file.
