Reproduced against strace-4.12-3.el7, kernel-3.10.0-663.el7 and verified against strace-4.12-4.el7. Description of problem: strace-4.12-3.el7 can not be built on RHEL7.4 kernel-3.10.0-663.el7. This affect all archs except aarch64 which has different kernel.
