Description of problem:
The ispec interface limits the maximum number of "PCI Card slots" to 8.  this
number needs to be increased for servers in our Unisys ES7000 product line.

As examples:
Unisys ES7000 Orion 540 Server (x86) - 32 end-user PCI slots
Unisys ES7000 Orion 550 Server (x86) - 96 end-user PCI slots
Unisys ES7000 Orion 540 Server (IPF) - 64 end-user PCI slots
