How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Queue Reports
2.Navigate to Task->Click on the All Other Tasks tab-> Delete all finished task
3.Navigate to Cloud Intelligence → Reports → Saved Reports accordion(see the saved reports)

Actual results:
Saved Reports is also getting deleted when deletes all finished report task

Expected results:
Saved report shouldn't be deleted when we delete finished task

is this new bug or it was working in the same way on previous release ?

It was working in the same way on the previous release.
I have just crossed check this bug is reproducible on the previous release as well.
