Note to dev: let's log at error level just the message (ex. "gaierror: [Errno -2] Name or service not known"), and log at *debug* level the actual traceback. When set to debug mode, the stack trace does appear in the log. When not set to debug mode, only the error message appears, as requested. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
