Description of problem:
The Shutter application does not launch either in Gnome, or in Gnome Classic, or Gnome on Xorg environment, even with root rights. System is fully updated and all dependencies are resolved.

Shutter Fedora repository’s package 0.93.1-3.fc.25

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In Gnome, install Shutter from Fedora repository’s package 0.93.1-3.fc.25, As usual agree all dependencies.
2.Try to launch the Shutter application.
3.Also try with root rights.

Actual results:
Application won't launch.

Expected results:
Application should launch on demand

"Actual results: Application won't launch." Does an error message appear?

Maybe this is a duplicate of 1435789.

It does not appear any kind of error message.
